The President of the Alumni Association of the National Institute (AANI), Ambassador Emmanuel Obi Okafor, mni, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Lieutenant General Olufemi Olusola Oluyede, mni, NAM, on his appointment as Nigeria’s new Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

In a statement released in Abuja, Ambassador Okafor described the appointment as a “resounding recognition” of General Oluyede’s exemplary service, leadership excellence, and unwavering commitment to the nation’s security.
